At APT EDUCATORS LLP, we are committed to providing transparent and convenient payment options for all individuals enrolling in ANGAD’s Certified Career Counsellor Training and associated services. The following Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payment, enrollment, and course access.
1. Payment Methods
We accept payments through multiple secure channels, including: • Credit/Debit Cards • Bank Transfers • Online Payment Gateways (UPI, Net Banking, etc.) Payment details and instructions will be provided at the time of enrollment.
2. Payment Schedule
• Full payment of course fees is required at the time of enrollment unless a structured payment plan has been mutually agreed upon. • For payment plans: o A down payment is mandatory at enrollment. o The remaining balance must be paid in scheduled installments. o Late payments may attract additional fees as defined in the payment agreement.
3. Currency
• All course fees are listed in and must be paid in Indian Rupees (INR). • International participants may incur additional charges due to currency conversion or bank fees, which are the responsibility of the payee.
4. Invoices and Receipts
• A digital receipt will be sent upon successful payment. • If you require a formal invoice, please email us at info@myangad.com with your payment reference.
5. Refund Policy
• Refund requests for registered candidates (for one-to-one consultations) must be made within 14 days of registration. Requests beyond this window will not be considered. • Refund requests by enrolled candidates (those who have started the ANGAD training program) must be made within 14 days of enrollment. • Refunds are available only if no more than one live class or module has been attended. • No refunds will be processed after the 14-day period or once more than one session/module has been accessed.
6. Non-Payment and Course Access
• Access to ANGAD training, tools, and platform features is contingent upon timely fee payment. • Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of access. • APT EDUCATORS LLP reserves the right to pursue legal recourse in cases of intentional non-payment.
7. Discounts and Promotions
• All discounts or promotional offers are governed by specific terms and conditions. • Discounts cannot be combined unless clearly stated.
8. Tax Information
• All fees displayed are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes (GST). • Students from outside India are responsible for any additional taxes or duties in their own jurisdiction.
9. Changes to Payment Policy
• APT EDUCATORS LLP reserves the right to modify this payment policy at any time. • Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our official website. • Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any updates.
