Refund Policy – ANGAD Certified Career Mentor Program

At APT EDUCATORS LLP, we strive to provide the highest quality training and certification for individuals aspiring to become ANGAD Certified Career Mentors. We understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy carefully:

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refund request for registered candidates (those who have booked a one-to-one consultation session) must be made within 7 days of registration. Any request after 7 days from the date of payment will not be considered. • Refund requests by enrolled candidates (those who have officially started the ANGAD training program) must be made within 14 days of enrolment. • Refunds are only available if no more than one live training session or module access has occurred. • Refund requests made after 14 days of enrolment or after attending more than one session/module will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process

• To request a refund, you must contact our support team via email or phone with your enrollment details and the reason for your refund request. • Our team will review your request and process the refund if it meets the eligibility criteria.

3. Refund Amount

• If your refund request is approved, the full course fee will be refunded, minus any applicable processing fees. • Processing fees, if any, will be clearly communicated during the enrollment process.

4. Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of refund approval. • The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during enrollment.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions or partial participation. • Refunds will not be issued for any additional tools, resources, or software subscriptions purchased separately. • In cases of disruptive behavior, non-compliance, or misconduct resulting in removal from the program, no refund will be issued.

6. Changes to Refund Policy

• APT EDUCATORS LLP reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. • Any changes to the refund policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our official website. • It is your responsibility to review the refund policy periodically for any updates or changes.
